My double room non-smoking included a big walk-in shower and a comfortable bed. The hotel maintained a clean environment and the staff members were pleasant and ready to help. I found the recently refurbished reception and bar areas to be very cute. The food in the restaurant was tasty. The gym has good facilities, and a great view.
I noticed a slight lack of variety in the breakfast fruit selection.

The gym featured a comprehensive set of equipment, with several machines for cardio and strength training. There is also an indoor pool area. But the steam and sauna weren't accessible at the time of my stay. The hotel provides ample parking spaces.

The grounds are well maintained and feature curb appeal. My room was spacious and included ample seating. I used a resident discount voucher at the bar, a nice perk. I also got a voucher for a free drink because I did not need my room serviced.
The front door hinge needs repair. This creates a less favorable first impression. I think the hotel should address this soon.

I found a super clean room with modern decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful . I enjoyed the spa facilities. They were just what I needed! The pool area was great, I was impressed.
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in my room. I would have loved it to be stronger.

The food was AMAZING!!! I sampled a curry with homemade naan bread. The taste was fantastic. I also enjoyed my special porridge and tea with cups. The team were great and very accommodating.
